Ingredients

• Hú lú bā (胡芦巴 Trigonellae Semen, fenugreek [seed])
• Bǔ gǔ zhī (补骨脂 Psoraleae Fructus, psoralea [fruit])
• Mù guā (木瓜 Chaenomelis Fructus, chaenomeles [fruit])

Actions: Warms the channels and eliminates dampness; quickens the blood, frees the network vessels, and soothes the sinews.

Indications: Cold-damp leg qì (jiǎo qì), characterized by limpness of the legs and knees, lack of strength for movement, numbness and swelling, and in some cases pain and hypertonicity or aversion to cold.
