Ingredients

• Guō jiāo (锅焦 Ollae Oryzae Semen Ustum, burnt pot rice) (stir-fried until yellow) 1,500g
• Shén qū (神曲 Massa Medicata Fermentata , medicated leaven) 120g
• Shā rén (砂仁 Amomi Fructus, amomum [fruit]) (stir-fried) 60g
• Shān zhā (山楂 Crataegi Fructus, crataegus [fruit]) 120g
• Lián ròu (莲肉 Nelumbinis Semen, lotus seed) (steamed and core removed) 120g
• Jī nèi jīn (鸡内金 Galli Gigeriae Endothelium Corneum, gizzard lining) (stir-fried) 60g

Actions: Fortifies the spleen and disperses food.
