Ingredients

• Mǎ qián zǐ (马钱子 Strychni Semen, nux vomica)
• Mù biē zǐ (木鳖子 Momordicae Semen, momordica [seed])
• Bì má zǐ (蓖麻子 Ricini Semen, castor bean)
• Mì tuó sēng (密陀僧 Lithargyrum , litharge)

Indications: Effusion of the back (fā bèi) and mouth-level nape flat-abscess (duì kǒu) (i.e., any welling- and flat-abscesses (yōng jū) of the nape and back), dispersing them before suppuration or promoting rupture if suppuration has begun.

Method: Apply topically.
