• Huáng jīng (黄精 Polygonati Rhizoma, polygonatum [root])
• Gǒu qǐ zǐ (枸杞子 Lycii Fructus, lycium [berry])

Actions: Enriches yīn and replenishes essence.

Indications: Kidney vacuity and essence depletion with aching lumbus and limp legs, dizziness, tinnitus, flowery vision, and premature graying.
