Ingredients
- Bái zhú (白朮 Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, white atractylodes [root])
- Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria)
- Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica)
- Xiān máo (仙茅 Curculiginis Rhizoma, curculigo [root])
- Chén pí (陈皮 Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, tangerine peel)
- Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome])
- Shú dì huáng (熟地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, cooked rehmannia [root])
- Bàn xià (半夏 Pinelliae Rhizoma, pinellia [rhizome])
- Qín pí (秦皮 Fraxini Cortex, ash [bark])
- Sān qī (三七 Notoginseng Radix, notoginseng [root])
- Huái niú xī (怀牛膝 Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, achyranthes [root])
- Fáng fēng (防风 Saposhnikoviae Radix, saposhnikovia)

Actions: Boosts the liver and kidney; supplements qì and blood; dispels
Indications: Qì vacuity, damp phlegm, and dead blood (i.e., static blood) causing numbness and tingling of the limbs and sinew and bone pain. Particularly effective for numbness and tingling of the hands and feet.
