Six Gentlemen Metal and Water Brew

Ingredients:
- Bàn xià (半夏 Pinelliae Rhizoma, pinellia [rhizome]) 6g
- Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 6g
- Shú dì huáng (熟地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, cooked rehmannia [root]) 9–15g
- Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 6g
- Chén pí (陈皮 Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, tangerine peel) 4.5g
- Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) (mix-fried) 3g
- Shēng jiāng (生姜 Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, fresh ginger) 3–5 slices
Action: Dries dampness and transforms phlegm; rectifies qì and harmonizes the center.
Indication: Insufficiency of yīn-blood and damp phlegm brewing internally, giving rise cough, nausea, panting, and copious phlegm. Tongue fur: Patchily peeled.

Method: Decoct with water and take between meals.
