Alternate Chinese names: Jì shēng shèn qì wán (济生肾气丸 Life Saver Kidney Qì Pill)

Ingredients

Actions: Warms and supplements kidney yáng; disinhibits water and disperses swelling.

Indications: Kidney vacuity with heavy lumbus, swollen feet, and inhibited urination.

Method: Grind to a fine powder, blend with honey, and form into pills the size of firmiana seeds.

Dosage: Take 70 pills on an empty stomach with water that water has been boiled in.

Notes: This is Shèn qì wán (肾气丸 Kidney Qì Pill) plus Chē qián cǎo and Niú xī, and with Shú dì huáng and Ròu guì instead of shengihuang and Guì zhī.
