Poria Beverage Combined with Pinellia and Officinal Magnolia Bark Decoction
茯苓饮合半夏厚朴汤 〔茯苓飲合半夏厚朴湯〕 fú líng yǐn hé hàn xià hòu pò tāng

Ingredients
- Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 5g
- Bái zhú (白朮 Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, white atractylodes [root]) 4g
- Sān qī (三七 Notoginseng Radix, notoginseng [root]) 3g
- Shēng jiāng (生姜 Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, fresh ginger) 3–4g
- Chén pí (陈皮 Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, tangerine peel) 3g
- Zhǐ shí (枳实 Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, unripe bitter orange) 1–2g
- Bàn xià (半夏 Pinelliae Rhizoma, pinellia [rhizome]) 5–6g
- Hòu pò (厚朴 Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, officinal magnolia bark) 5–6g
- Zǐ sū yè (紫苏叶 Perillae Folium, perilla leaf) 2g
Indications: Gastritis, especially neurogastritis, lodged rheum, or malign obstruction (morning sickness) with plum-pit qì, emotional depression, heart palpitation, nausea,
Method: Decoct with water.
