Blood-Downbearing Eye-Brightening Beverage

Ingredients
- Dǎng shēn (党参 Codonopsis Radix, codonopsis [root]) 9g
- Huái niú xī (怀牛膝 Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, achyranthes [root]) 12g
- Fáng fēng (防风 Saposhnikoviae Radix, saposhnikovia) 9g
- Jí lí (蒺藜 Tribuli Fructus, tribulus [fruit]) 15g
- Xì xīn (细辛 Asari Rhizoma et Radix, asarum) 2.4g
- Zhī mǔ (知母 Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, anemarrhena [root]) 9g
- Shān yào (山药 Dioscoreae Rhizoma, dioscorea [root]) 9g
- Wǔ wèi zǐ (五味子 Schisandrae Fructus, schisandra [berry]) 9g
- Shí jué míng (石决明 Haliotidis Concha, abalone shell) 24g
- Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome]) 6g
- Guī wěi (归尾 Angelicae Sinensis Radicis Extremitas, Chinese angelica [root] tail) 9g
- Shēng dì huáng (生地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Exsiccata seu Recens, dried/fresh rehmannia [root]) 15g
- Chì sháo (赤芍 Paeoniae Radix Rubra, red peony [root]) 9g
Indications: Hyphema (hemorrhage within the anterior chamber of the eye), vitreous hemorrhage, and central retinal vein obstruction in patients displaying signs of frenetic movement of blood and blood stasis due to liver yīn vacuity and liver fire.
