Ingredients:

• Jié gěng (桔梗 Platycodonis Radix, platycodon [root]) (stir-fried) 180g
• Xuán shēn (玄参 Scrophulariae Radix, scrophularia [root]) 180g
• Qīng dài (青黛 Indigo Naturalis , indigo) 60g
• 牙硝 60g
• Rén shēn (人参 Ginseng Radix, ginseng) 60g
• Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 150g
• Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) (stir-fried) 75g
• Shè xiāng (麝香 Moschus , musk) 1.5g
• Jīn bó (金箔 Auri Lamina, gold leaf) 8 sheets
• Yín bó (银箔 Argenti Lamina, silver leaf) 8 sheets

Action:

Indication: Heat toxin accumulation with fright and manic agitation, get cheeks and dry throat, mouth and tongue sores, unquiet sleep, delirious speech, vexation and thirst, and sores and boils on the head and body.

Category:

Method: Grind all the agents except the gold and yinbo, blend with honey, form into pills each weighing 5 gr, and coat with the liver and jinbo.

Dosage: 1 pill per day for each year of age, divided into four doses taken mixed with a decoction of bohe.
