Perilla and Tangerine Peel Decoction
苏橘汤 〔蘇橘湯〕 sū jú tāng

Ingredients
- Zǐ sū gěng (紫苏梗 Perillae Caulis, perilla stem) 3g
- Chén pí (陈皮 Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, tangerine peel) 6g
- Chì fú líng (赤茯苓 Poria Rubra, red poria) 4.5g
- Dà fù pí (大腹皮 Arecae Pericarpium, areca husk) 3g
- Xuán fù huā (旋覆花 Inulae Flos, inula flower) 3g
- Bàn xià (半夏 Pinelliae Rhizoma, pinellia [rhizome]) 1.5g
- Shēng jiāng (生姜 Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, fresh ginger) 1g
- Dà zǎo (大枣 Jujubae Fructus, jujube) 1g
Indications: Cold damage with glomus and fullness in the chest, qì stagnation in the heart [region] and abdomen, and no thought of food and drink.
Method: Decoct with water.
