• Dǎng shēn (党参 Codonopsis Radix, codonopsis [root])
• Shān yào (山药 Dioscoreae Rhizoma, dioscorea [root])
• Lián ròu (莲肉 Nelumbinis Semen, lotus seed)
• Shān zhū yú (山茱萸 Corni Fructus, cornus [fruit])
• Bǔ gǔ zhī (补骨脂 Psoraleae Fructus, psoralea [fruit])
• Bā jǐ tiān (巴戟天 Morindae Officinalis Radix, morinda [root])
• Tù sī zǐ (菟丝子 Cuscutae Semen, cuscuta [seed])
• Wǔ wèi zǐ (五味子 Schisandrae Fructus, schisandra [berry])
• Ròu dòu kòu (肉豆蔻 Myristicae Semen, nutmeg)
• Chén pí (陈皮 Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, tangerine peel)
• Shā rén (砂仁 Amomi Fructus, amomum [fruit])
• Chē qián zǐ (车前子 Plantaginis Semen, plantago seed)

Actions: Supplements the kidney and fortifies the spleen; astringes the intestines and stems desertion.

Indications: Spleen-kidney vacuity with abdominal pain and enduring diarrhea.
