Ingredients

• Ròu cōng róng (肉苁蓉 Cistanches Herba, cistanche)
• Tiān má (天麻 Gastrodiae Rhizoma, gastrodia [root])
• Lù róng (鹿茸 Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum, velvet deer antler)
• Tù sī zǐ (菟丝子 Cuscutae Semen, cuscuta [seed])
• Shú dì huáng (熟地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, cooked rehmannia [root])
• Huái niú xī (怀牛膝 Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, achyranthes [root])
• Dù zhòng (杜仲 Eucommiae Cortex, eucommia [bark])
• Mù guā (木瓜 Chaenomelis Fructus, chaenomeles [fruit])

Indications: Internal liver-kidney vacuity heat causing limpness and weakness of the sinew and bone, 足不任地, fright and fear, shaking, tidal feel, reduced eating, and lack of strength.

Method: Ingredients in equal proportions. Grind to a powder, blend with honey, and form into pills the size of firmiana seeds.

Dosage: 50 pills at a time before means with wine or with boiled rice water.
