Egg Yolk Oil
鸡黄油 〔雞黃油〕 jī huáng yóu

Ingredients
- Jī zǐ bái (鸡子白 Galli Albumen, egg white)
- Qiān fěn (铅粉 Galenitum Praeparatum, processed galenite)
- Yè míng shā (夜明砂 Vespertilionis Faeces, bat’s droppings)
Indications: Burns. Can also be used for ulcerations.
Method: Boil eggs and remove yolks. Stir-fry in wok to an oily consistency, and add the other two agents (finely ground). Egg prepared in this way is effective without the other two agents.
