Cold occlusion

寒膈 〔寒膈〕 hán gé

From Emergency Standby Remedies (肘后备急方 zhǒu hòu bèi jí fāng) (281–341, Jìn). Dysphagia-occlusion (噎膈 yē gé) characterized by distension and fullness in the stomach duct and abdomen, nontransformation of grain and water, hiccup, bitter cold in the abdomen, rumbling intestines, pain around the umbilicus, and emaciation.
