真气 〔真氣〕zhēn qì
1. Original qì or right qì. True qì is the product of that which is received from Heaven combined with grain qì, and which makes the body full.
Heaven
is explained as meaning congenital source qì.
2. Heart qì. Heart qì ascends counterflow; hence the mouth is dry and bitter.
