Throat node

喉核 〔喉核〕 hóu hé

The slightly protruding flesh between the front pharyngeal pillars (palatoglossal arch) and the rear pharyngeal pillars (palatopharyngeal arch).

Biomedical correspondence: (pharyngeal) tonsils. Swelling of the throat nodes is called nipple moth, equivalent to tonsillitis in Western medicine.
