Stir-frying with adjuvants
副料炒 〔副料炒〕fù liào chǎo
Tossing (medicinal materials) with in a wok over a flame, with a secondary solid material that is sifted off when frying is completed. The aim of stir-frying with adjuvants is to enhance the physical or medicinal properties of medicinals. Stir-frying with adjuvants includes stir-frying with clamshell powder, stir-frying with earth, stir-frying with bran, and stir-frying with rice. Compare plain stir-frying.
