Medicinal therapy: Treat with True Warrior Decoction (真武汤 zhēn wǔ tāng). Smaller abdominal fullness also occurs in dribbling urinary block and cold damage blood amassment pattern.

Acumoxatherapy: Base treatment mainly on CV and BL-28 (Bladder Transport, 膀胱俞 páng guāng shù), and alarm points. Select CV-4 (Pass Head, 关元 guān yuán), CV-6 (Sea of Qì, 气海 qì hǎi), CV-3 (Central Pole, 中极 zhōng jí), and BL-28 (Bladder Transport, 膀胱俞 páng guāng shù); needle with even supplementation and drainage or with drainage, and add moxa.
