Blown blossom lichen
吹花癣 〔吹花癬〕chuī huā xiǎn
Also peach-blossom lichen. Reddening of the skin of the face with small papules that form into clearly circumscribed plaques covered with thin scales, slightly itchy and dry.
Biomedical correspondence: pityriasis of the face.
Medicinal therapy: Apply a tincture of golden larch bark (Pseudolaricis Cortex, 土荆皮 tǔ jīng pí).
