Intermittent pulse
代脉 〔代脈〕dài mài
Also regularly interrupted pulse. A moderate weak pulse that pauses at regular intervals. It indicates debilitation of the visceral qì and is seen in heart disease, fear and fright, and severe knocks and falls. See pulse condition; spleen pulse is moderate.
