Grand cleft
巨分 〔巨分〕 jù fēn
The depression between the nose and the upper lip. In Western medicine, this is called the nasolabial groove or sulcus nasolabialis.

Chinese: 巨 jù, giant, large; 分 fēn cleft, divide.
