[The patient] likes to see sunlight, moonlight, and fire qì and gains gratification from them. [For this], needle the yáng brightness (yáng míng) on the instep.

Medicinal therapy: Use a large packet of Lophatherum and Gypsum Decoction (竹叶石膏汤 zhú yè shí gāo tāng).
