Fire fall
火陷 〔火陷〕huǒ xiàn
Transmission of the heat toxin from flat-abscess (jū) of the head to provisioning-blood. In its exuberant heat toxin stage, a flat-abscess of the head becomes dark purple in color, pus ceases to flow from the open head, and the opening becomes dry. The base of the flat-abscess becomes broad and diffuse. At this stage, the heat toxin enters the provisioning-blood, causing vigorous heat [effusion], thirst, heart vexation, agitation, delirious speech, constipation, reddish urine, a crimson tongue, and a rapid pulse.
