Disharmony of liver qì
肝气不和 〔肝氣不和〕 gān qì bù hé
Also liver qì disharmony. Deficient free coursing or excessive free coursing. Signs include impatience, agitation, and irascibility, distending pain in the chest and rib-side, in severe cases with pain reaching into the lesser abdomen. In women, there may be distension and pain of the breasts, and menstrual irregularities. When the spleen and stomach are affected, there may be digestive tract signs. Compare constrained liver qì.
