Use: Medicinal

Properties: Acrid*; warm*; toxic*.

Actions and indications: Resolves toxin; disperses swelling and binds. Treats influenza; leptospirosis; venomous snake bites; scrofula; initial-stage toxin swellings.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (3–9g dried, 30–60g dried, boil for at least two hours to prevent poisoning). Topical: Apply crushed.
