Use: Medicinal

Properties: Acrid; warm.

Actions and indications: Disperses cold; relieves pain; dispels roundworm. Treats cold stomach; abdominal pain due to hookworm infestation; toothache; damp sores.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (6–9g), grind to a powder (1.5–3g at a time). Topical: Decoct as a wash.
