Use: Medicinal

Properties: Bitter and astringent; cold.

Channel entry: Liver channel.

Actions and indications: Soothes the sinews and quickens the network vessels; clears heat and disperses swelling. Treats joint pain wind; hemiplegia; epilepsy; injury from knocks and falls.
