Actions and indications: Fortifies the spleen and checks diarrhea; promotes contraction and stanches bleeding. Treats diarrhea due to spleen vacuity; bleeding from hemorrhoids; prolapse of the rectum.

Dosage and method: Oral: Grind to a powder (6–9g).
