Actions and indications: Quickens the blood and soothes the sinews; dries dampness and kills worms. Treats rheumatic arthritis; injury from knocks and falls; bone fractures; hepatitis; malarial disease; hookworm infestation.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (9–15g) or steep in wine. Topical: Apply crushed.
