Use: Medicinal

Properties: Acrid; cold.

Actions and indications: Clears heat and resolves toxin. Treats swelling of sores, boils, and welling-abscesses (yōng); mastitis; common cold; scrofula; acute and chronic eczema.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (3–6g dried, 15–30g dried) or grind to a powder. Topical: Decoct as a wash or grind and apply mixed.
