Actions and indications: Clears heat and disinhibits dampness; disperses swelling and resolves toxin. Treats infectious hepatitis; cystitis; painful swollen throat; eczema; open welling-abscesses (yōng) and sores.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (9–15g). Topical: Apply crushed or decoct as a wash.
