Properties: Bitter and sweet; cool.

Actions and indications: Clears heat and resolves toxin; quickens the blood and disperses stasis. Treats mammary welling-abscesses (rǔ yōng); clove sores (dīng); scab (jiè) sores; itchy skin; bruises.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (15–30g). Topical: Apply crushed.
