Actions and indications: Effuses the exterior and disinhibits urine; moves qì and quickens the blood; dispels wind-damp.* Treats injury from knocks and falls with stasis pain; wind-damp sinew and bone pain and numbness and tingling of the limbs.*

Dosage and method: Oral: (9–12g).
