Actions and indications: Moves qì and quickens the blood; dispels wind-damp; relieves pain. Treats injury from knocks and falls; stasis pain; rheumatic sinew and bone pain; numbness and tingling of the limbs.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (9–12g).
