Actions and indications: Rectifies the center and qì; relieves pain and disperses food; soothes the sinews and quickens the network vessels. Treats gastritis; abdominal distension; abdominal pain; wind-damp bone pain.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (6–9g), steep in wine or ground to a powder.
