Source: Zhèng Zhì Zhǔn Shéng 证治准绳

Ingredients

• Sān qī (三七 Notoginseng Radix, notoginseng [root]) 7.5g
• Fù zǐ (附子 Aconiti Radix Lateralis Praeparata, aconite [accessory root]) 7.5g
• Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 7.5g
• Bái zhú (白朮 Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, white atractylodes [root]) 7.5g
• Shān yào (山药 Dioscoreae Rhizoma, dioscorea [root]) 6g
• Huáng qí (黄芪 Astragali Radix, astragalus [root]) 6g
• Ròu guì (肉桂 Cinnamomi Cortex, cinnamon bark) 6g
• Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) 6g
• Shēng jiāng (生姜 Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, fresh ginger) 3 slices
• Dà zǎo (大枣 Jujubae Fructus, jujube) 1 piece

Actions: Warms and supplements the spleen and kidney.

Indications: Fatigue and lack of strength, sleep walking, pale white facial complexion, profuse sweating, spasms of the hands and feet, and clear-stool diarrhea. Tongue: Pale with thin white fur. Pulse: Sunken and faint.

Method: Decoct with water.
