Ingredients

• Gān suì (甘遂 Kansui Radix, kansui [root]) 10g
• Shè xiāng (麝香 Moschus , musk) 1 pinch

Actions: Disinhibits urine.

Indications: Urinary stoppage. fy see jianming 262 (调敷中极穴)

Method: Heat and apply to the lower abdomen. Urination should take place within 30 minutes of application, but sometimes reapplication is necessary.

Rationale: Gān suì has the effect of disinhibiting urine when applied externally.
