Ingredients

• Qīng dài (青黛 Indigo Naturalis , indigo)
• Wǎ léng zǐ (瓦楞子 Arcae Concha, ark shell)

Actions: Clears heat and transforms phlegm.

Indications: Liver fire and lung heat with cough and copious phlegm.

Method: Ingredients in equal proportions. Blend with sesame oil and taken mixed with fluid, or wrap-boil.
