• Qīng dài (青黛 Indigo Naturalis , indigo)
• 海蛤壳

Action: Clears heat and transforms phlegm.

Indication: Liver fire and lung heat with cough and copious phlegm.

Method: Ingredients in equal proportions. Blend with sesame oil and taken mixed with fluid, or wrap-boil.
