Ingredients:

• Dà huáng (大黄 Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, rhubarb)
• Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica)
• Mù zéi (木贼 Equiseti Hiemalis Herba, equisetum)
• Huáng qín (黄芩 Scutellariae Radix, scutellaria [root])
• Shān zhī zǐ (山栀子 Gardeniae Fructus, gardenia [fruit])
• Jú huā (菊花 Chrysanthemi Flos, chrysanthemum [flower])
• Sū mù (苏木 Sappan Lignum, sappan [wood])
• Hóng huā (红花 Carthami Flos, carthamus [flower])

Action: Clears heat, cools the blood, and disperses stasis.

Indication: Blood pouring into the pupil spirit (血灌瞳神 xuè guàn tóng shén) forming repletion heat patterns.
