Ingredients

• Jīn yín huā (金银花 Lonicerae Flos, lonicera [flower]) 9g
• Dǎng shēn (党参 Codonopsis Radix, codonopsis [root]) 9g
• Huáng qí (黄芪 Astragali Radix, astragalus [root]) 9g
• Bái zhú (白朮 Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, white atractylodes [root]) 9g
• Dāng guī wěi (当归尾 Angelicae Sinensis Radicis Extremitas, Chinese angelica [root] tail) 9g
• Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 9g
• Chén pí (陈皮 Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, tangerine peel) 9g
• Bái zhǐ (白芷 Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Dahurian angelica) 3g
• Zào jiǎo cì (皂角刺 Gleditsiae Spina, gleditsia thorn) 3g
• Rǔ xiāng (乳香 Olibanum , frankincense) 3g
• Zhè bèi mǔ (浙贝母 Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus, Zhèjiāng fritillaria [bulb]) 3g
• Chì sháo (赤芍 Paeoniae Radix Rubra, red peony [root]) 3g
• Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) 3g

Actions: Clears heat and resolves toxin; reduces swelling and expels pus; nourishes the blood and supplements qì.

Indications: Sores that are half yīn and half yáng (characterized by swelling with no head) and that fail to burst properly in patients suffering from original qì vacuity.

Method: Decoct with water.
