Ingredients

• Cháng shān (常山 Dichroae Radix, dichroa [root]) 10.5g
• Cǎo guǒ (草果 Tsaoko Fructus, tsaoko [fruit]) 10.5g
• Zhī mǔ (知母 Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, anemarrhena [root]) 7.5g
• Dà fù pí (大腹皮 Arecae Pericarpium, areca husk) 10.5g
• Wū méi (乌梅 Mume Fructus, mume [fruit]) 10.5g
• Zhè bèi mǔ (浙贝母 Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus, Zhèjiāng fritillaria [bulb]) 10.5g
• Shēng jiāng (生姜 Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, fresh ginger) 10.5g
• Dà zǎo (大枣 Jujubae Fructus, jujube) 3 pieces

Actions: Clears heat and disperses stasis; dispels phlegm and interrupts malaria.

Indications: Phlegm-heat malaria with persistent attacks characterized by high fever, bitter taste in the mouth, dry tongue, and thirst with intake of fluid.
