Blood-Supplementing Sinew-Nourishing Pill
补血养筋丸 〔補血養筋丸〕 bǔ xuè yǎng jīn wán

Ingredients
- Shú dì huáng (熟地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, cooked rehmannia [root]) 180g
- Lù róng (鹿茸 Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum, velvet deer antler) 120g
- Tù sī zǐ (菟丝子 Cuscutae Semen, cuscuta [seed]) (stir-fried with wine) 120g
- Ròu cōng róng (肉苁蓉 Cistanches Herba, cistanche) (washed in wine) 120g
- Tiān má (天麻 Gastrodiae Rhizoma, gastrodia [root]) 75g
- Wǔ wèi zǐ (五味子 Schisandrae Fructus, schisandra [berry]) (stir-fried with ginger juice) 75g
- Huái niú xī (怀牛膝 Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, achyranthes [root]) (stir-fried with wine) 75g
- Mù guā (木瓜 Chaenomelis Fructus, chaenomeles [fruit]) (stir-fried with ginger juice) 75g.

Actions: Supplements the blood and nourishes the sinews.
Indications: Liver vacuity with sinew wilting. Pulse: Stringlike and fine.
Method: Grind ingredients, blend with honey, and form into pills.
Dosage: 9g. At a time, with boiled rice water.
