Ingredients:

• Cāng zhú (苍朮 Atractylodis Rhizoma, atractylodes [rhizome]) 240g
• Quán xiē (全蝎 Scorpio , scorpion) 30g
• Shí hú (石斛 Dendrobii Herba, dendrobium) 30g
• Tiān má (天麻 Gastrodiae Rhizoma, gastrodia [root]) 30g
• Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 30g
• Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) (mix-fried) 30g
• Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome]) 30g
• Qiāng huó (羌活 Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, notopterygium [root]) 30g
• Jīng jiè (荆芥 Schizonepetae Herba, schizonepeta) 30g
• Fáng fēng (防风 Saposhnikoviae Radix, saposhnikovia) 30g
• Má huáng (麻黄 Ephedrae Herba, ephedra) 30g
• Xì xīn (细辛 Asari Rhizoma et Radix, asarum) 30g
• Chuān wū (川乌 Aconiti Radix, aconite main root) 30g
• Cǎo wū (草乌 Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, wild aconite [root]) 30g
• Hé shǒu wū (何首乌 Polygoni Multiflori Radix, flowery knotweed [root]) 30g
• Xióng huáng (雄黄 Realgar , realgar) 24g
• Zhū shā (朱砂 Cinnabaris , cinnabar)

Action:

Indication: Welling- and flat-abscesses (yōng jū), clove sores, damp phlegm streaming sore, bone flat-abscess (gǔ jū) and other flat-abscesses (jū), jowl effusion (fā yí), wind-cold-damp impediment (fēng hán shī bì), crane's-knee wind, deviated eyes and mouth, hemiplegia, generalized migratory pain due to congeal and stagnation of qì and blood cause difficulty in walking, sagging of one testicle and mounting qì (shàn qì), medial headache or hemilateral headache, and lockjaw with clenched jaw.
