Source: Jīn Shēng Zhǐ Mí Fāng 全生指迷方

Ingredients:

• Bái zhú (白朮 Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, white atractylodes [root])
• Chén pí (陈皮 Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, tangerine peel)
• Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria)
• Dà fù pí (大腹皮 Arecae Pericarpium, areca husk)
• Shēng jiāng (生姜 Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, fresh ginger)

Action: Fortifies the spleen and disinhibits water; harmonizes the stomach and quiets the fetus.

Indication: Water swelling in pregnancy.
