Method: Grind to a fine powder, blend with wine and flour, and form into pills the size of firmiana seeds.

Rationale: Jú hé is warm and bitter. It rectifies qì, disperses binds, and relieves pain. Chuān liàn zǐ, Mù xiāng, Bīng láng, and Hòu pò course the liver and rectify qì. They help to relieve pain, and also transform dampness. Kūn bù, Hǎi zǎo, and eelgrass are salty, moist hardness-softening agents that disperse phlegm and disperse binds. Guì xīn (Ròu guì with the grayish outer layer removed) act with Táo rén and Yán hú suǒ to warm and free the blood vessels and quicken the blood. It frees yáng and transform dampness, enhancing Mù tōng's action of conducting phlegm-damp downward.
