Source: Pǔ Jì Shì Fāng 普济本事方

Ingredients

• Pī shí (砒石 Arsenicum , arsenic) 4.5g
• Dàn dòu chǐ (淡豆豉 Sojae Semen Praeparatum, fermented soybean¹) 30g

Indications: Cold-phlegm wheezing and panting.

Method: Grind ingredients to a powder, and form into pills the size of sesame seeds.

Dosage: Take 15 pills (less for children) at time with water. The arsenic is now often reduced to 3g.
