Ingredients

• Bái jiè zǐ (白芥子 Sinapis Albae Semen, white mustard [seed]) 21g
• Xì xīn (细辛 Asari Rhizoma et Radix, asarum) 21g
• Yán hú suǒ (延胡索 Corydalis Rhizoma, corydalis [rhizome]) 12g
• Gān suì (甘遂 Kansui Radix, kansui [root]) 12g
• Jiāng zhī (姜汁 Zingiberis Rhizomatis Succus, ginger juice) 45g

Indications: Bronchial asthma and chronic bronchitis.

Method: Grind all the agents but the ginger to a powder, and split into three applications, each of which is evenly divided to be applied BL-13, BL-15, and BL-17. Change every 4–6 hrs. Repeat after 10 days.

Rationale: This formula can be taken over a period of one to three years to prevent attacks of panting.
