洗心散 〔洗心散〕 xǐ xīn sǎn

Ingredients
- Dà huáng (大黄 Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, rhubarb) 9g
- Chì sháo (赤芍 Paeoniae Radix Rubra, red peony [root]) 9g
- Jié gěng (桔梗 Platycodonis Radix, platycodon [root]) 9g
- Xuán shēn (玄参 Scrophulariae Radix, scrophularia [root]) 9g
- Huáng lián (黄连 Coptidis Rhizoma, coptis [root]) 9g
- Jīng jiè suì (荆芥穗 Schizonepetae Flos, schizonepeta spike) 9g
- Zhī mǔ (知母 Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, anemarrhena [root]) 9g
- Fáng fēng (防风 Saposhnikoviae Radix, saposhnikovia) 9g
- Huáng qín (黄芩 Scutellariae Radix, scutellaria [root]) 9g
- Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 9g
Indications: Fire gān (a red granule bulging forward from within the white of the eye).
Method: Decoct with water.
