Ingredients

• Xī xiān cǎo (豨莶草 Siegesbeckiae Herba, siegesbeckia)

Actions: Dispels wind-damp.

Indications: Pain in the joints, and pain and limpness in the lumbus and knees.

Dosage: 2 pills twice a day.

Similar: Sāng zhī hǔ zhàng tāng (桑枝虎杖汤 Mulberry Twig and Bushy Knotweed Decoction)
